I'll Melt and Tiptoes

While running errands last night, it started to rain. The conversation in the car went like this:
Kelsey: (in her most dramatic tone) We can't go to Uncle Matt's and Aunt Stacey's because it is raining.

Me: And?

Kelsey: That's it. I could melt in the rain, and then there wouldn't be me, and you can't have a family without me.

Moving on to breakfast today when Kelsey was not wanting to eat her french toast:

Daddy: Kelsey, you need to eat your french toast so you can grow big and strong. How are you going to get taller if you don't eat?

Kelsey: I'll go on my tiptoes.

Interesting how her 3 year old mind thinks. Never a dull moment :)
