Weekend Update

This past weekend, we had our nieces stay overnight with us on Friday. It was a blast! While they were here we fed the ducks, played at the park, played with the Ginskey boys and watched movies. Lauryn is 4 and Miranda is 3, so they are at really fun ages right now to be out and about doing things. Friday night we had a strong thunderstorm and Lauryn ended up sleeping with us. Miranda was quite the trooper and slept right through it. We were sad to see them go on Saturday. Here are some pictures from their overnight visit:

On Saturday, Matt golfed in the Ken Bey golf tournament. It is an annual football fundraiser. Matt golfed with Ginskey, Nate and one of Ginskey's college friends. He always enjoys that day! While he was gone, I caught up on my pregnancy scrapbook. We have been taking pictures monthly to show my progression. It was fun looking back at how I have grown. That evening, I watched the movie 27 dresses with Stacey. It was a great chick flick!

Sunday morning, Matt, Nate and I went to the cities to meet my good friend Angie for breakfast. She is currently living in Pittsburgh, but was in Minnesota for a wedding. We don't get to see each other often, so I was so excited to spend time with her. When we got home, we didn't have much time before we were back on the road headed to Rochester for Matt's legion baseball game. It was a gorgeous night for baseball. Matt's team looked great and won the game 11-3. That always makes for a happy coach!
